My First Survey: 21 Questions

I have just created a survey called ..... [drumroll] (click it!) 21 Questions. (I love the 50-Cent song of the same name too. ST a.k.a. Dklwm, 50-Cent is a rap artiste, sorry I keep referring to artistes that you don't listen to.) Please, one and all, guests and diaryland denizens, do the survey for me, pretty please?
It's a busy day today, I have lots to do so I hope the survey will do for now. Don't think I can squeeze a proper entry in till later today (i.e. 6 hours from now, ack!)
